At Possible, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on items that don't meet your expectations. Simply ensure the products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Possible account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the beauty products back into their original box, ensuring the caps are tightened to prevent any leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
